摘要
To combine Raman and infrared spectroscopy in order to obtain the comprehensive structure of ibuprofen.In addition,Ibuprofen solid dispersion was prepared by melt method and was verified by Raman and infrared spectrometry to test the feasibility of Raman spectrometry in identifying solid dispersion.The two methods obtained the same results-ibuprofen didn′t interact with the carrier,and was dispersed in the carrier in the state of microcrystalline.Raman spectrometry which is simple,fast,direct and non-destructive is an ideal method in examining the dispersivity of solid dispersion.
