Ultrafast combustion synthesis of nickel-based self-supporting electrocatalysts for high current density oxygen evolution reaction

A one-step combustion method completed within seconds by simply igniting Fe-solution-soaked nickel foam in air. It sustains 800 mA cm −2 for 145 hours with negligible degradation, suitable for industrial-scale operation.
