Internet resource evaluation

Internet can provide convenience for information searching of men,but if anybody who has the computer that can transfer information to WWW and know a little knowledge about HTML. He will be able to distribute information to Internet,So it can be said that well and bad information co exist in Internet.Information searching is the course that men choose the high quality of information from a large number of Advertisements and virtual publications.The Homepage of many college libraries in our country have made all kinde of direction system such as Resource Navigation?Resource Guide for our user,but only we have a right evaluation for Internet resource,can user save a lot of time to use.This paper mainly discusses the criterion of evaluating Internet information resource.
