Objective:Study on the influence of the exogenous calcium on the accumulation of glycyrrhizin in the cultivated Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. Methods:On the condition of the two annual Glycyrrhiza uralensis cultured by common soil, two annual Glycyrrhiza uralensis cultured by nutrition liquor, and one annual Glycyrrhiza uralensis cultured by vermic-ulaponics,by spraying different concentration exogenous calcium at three levels, the level of the glycyrrhizin in the three materials is mensurated to carry out variance analysis. Results:In the two annual Glycyrrhiza uralensis cultured by common soil, when the concentration of exogenous calcium is 0.20kg/m2,the relative amount of the glycyrrhizin is remarkably higher than the relative amount of the glycyrrhizin when the concentration of exogenous calcium is 0.60 kg/m2,and the control group.Besides, the simplex content of Glycyrrhizin doesn't grow downwards; In the two annual Glycyrrhiza uralensis cultured by nutrition liquor, and one annual Glycyrrhiza uralensis cultured by vermiculaponics, when the concentration of exogenous calcium is 8 mmol/L,the relative amount of the glycyrrhizin is significantly higher than the relative amount of the glycyrrhizin when the concentration of exogenous calcium is 16 mmol/L,and the control group. Conclusion:Appropriate concentration exogenous calcium helps the accumulation of glycyrrhizin,it can increase the quality of the cultivated Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.
