A sulfur-containing epoxy resin was prepared using 4,4′-thiodiphenol(TDP)and epichlorohydrin as raw materials.The obtained resin was esterified with acrylic acid to form UV curable sulfur-containing epoxy acrylate resin.The effects of reaction time,temperature,type of catalyst and catalyst dosage on the performance of product were investigated,and the optimum reaction conditions were obtained.The structures of sulfur-containing epoxy resin and epoxy acrylate resin were characterized by FT-IR and1 H NMR.
