摘要
Analysis of monosaccharide compositions and monosaccharide molar ratio in Camellia polysaccharides by 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone(PMP) by pre-column derivatization high per formance liquid chromatography(HPLC),and determine the Camellia polysaccharides monosaccharide compositions' analysis conditions.The results of HPLC analysis showed that Camellia polysaccharides consisted of Man,Rha,GlcUA,GalUA,Glc,Gal,Arab with the molar ratio of 1.00: 2.89:1.13:1.76:51.85:8.14:4.57,and the relative molecular mass is more than 10000.The experiment shows that HPLC method is simple,accurate and good repeatability,which can be applied to analyze the monosaccharide compositions and calculate the monosaccharide molar ratio in Camellia polysaccharides.
