The Study of the Effect to Enrich the Flavones Content in Auricularia auricular Produced by the Marc of Seabuckthorn

The cultivation of Auricularia auricular with the compound added the marc of seabuckthorn in different proportions(5%,10%,20%,30%) were studied.Different strains of Auricularia auricular(Heiwei 29,Heiwei 11) were used.The results showed that the cultivation materials added 5%~20% the marc of seabuckthorn can stimulate the mycelial growth of Auricularia auricular and increase the production significantly compared with the control group.And the total flavonoids in Auricularia au-ricular had been improved significantly(p0.001).It is practicable to cultivate Auricularia auricular by 5%~20% the marc of Seabuckthorn which were abandoned usually.The total flavonoids content in Auricularia auricular were enhanced.
