摘要
Asbestos has high fire resistance, electrical insulation and thermal insulation. It is an important fire prevention, insulation and insulation material. It is widely used in industrial production and daily life. In 1987, the international agency for research on cancer (IARC) has listed asbestos as a class I carcinogen; in 2012, IARC confirmed that all types of asbestos have carcinogenic effect. By 2019, asbestos has been banned in 66 countries and regions around the world. Asbestos exposure increases the risk of human malignant tumor. Lung cancer and mesothelioma are known asbestos induced tumors. Epidemiological studies also support that asbestos exposure is related to the incidence of malignant tumors in reproductive system, digestive system, urinary system, nasopharynx head and neck. We summarized the epidemiological studies of asbestos induced tumors in order to provide reference for further research.石棉具有高度的耐火性、电绝缘性和隔热性,是重要的防火、绝缘和保温材料,在工业生产和日常生活中应用广泛。1987年,国际癌症研究机构(IARC)已将石棉列为Ⅰ类致癌物质;2012年,IARC确认所有石棉类型均有致癌作用。截至2019年,石棉已在全球66个国家和地区被禁止生产和使用。石棉接触增加人体患恶性肿瘤的风险,肺癌和间皮瘤是目前已明确的石棉所致肿瘤,流行病学研究也支持石棉暴露与生殖系统、消化系统、泌尿系统、鼻咽头颈部恶性肿瘤的发病具有相关性。我们对石棉所致肿瘤的流行病学研究进行归纳,以期为进一步开展相关研究提供参考。.
