摘要
To obtain a support structure that has good soil permeability and meets the requirements of stiffness and strength, the variable density method was used to obtain seven topologically optimized structural shapes, and their vibration characteristics were analyzed. The results show that the structure shape meets the design requirements when the mass is retained by 30%. We evaluate the strength of the structure when the mass is retained by 30% and improve the structure of the parts with large deformation and stress concentration. The results show that the quality of the improved topology-optimized structure is reduced by 52% compared to the original structure; the structural strength has been increased by 85.8%, and the total deformation has been reduced by 97%; the first six natural frequencies of the structure are much higher than the operating frequency, and there will be no resonance. The strength and stiffness of the structure meet the design requirements.
