Humoral factors secreted from adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells ameliorate atherosclerosis in Ldlr−/− mice

MSC-CM ameliorated atherosclerosis in Ldlr-/- mice and suppressed CAM expression and macrophage accumulation in the vascular walls. Humoral factors, including HGF and EVs from MSCs, hold promise as therapeutic agents to reduce the residual risk of coronary artery diseases.
