摘要
Lead-rich slags containing different level of PbO concentrations have been prepared in laboratory. Porosity and density, softening temperature, microstructure and phase compositions of the lead-rich slags have been determined. Reduction experiments have been conducted in a vertical tube furnace using graphite crucible. The results show that no significant reaction occurs between lead-rich slag and graphite at temperatures below 900℃. The reaction between lead-rich slag and graphite is mainly through liquid formed. Thermodynamic of phase equilibrium of this slag has also been calculated.
