Achieving Bipolar Photoresponse in III-Nitride Nanowires for Encrypted Optical Communication

We construct a spectral-distinctive photodetector based on p-AlGaN/n-Si nanowires modified with carbon layer, where the carbon layer effectively regulates the surface band bending of the nanowires, further successfully applying to the encrypted optical communication system.
