Development of Micro-Optical Devices Composed with the Microlens and Pinhole Arrays

The fabrication technologies for micro-optical array devices used for parallel confocal microscope are given in the paper. The mechanics and the observing system for aligning and bonding microlens arrays with pinhole arrays are specially designed. The experiments demonstrate that the system is simple and feasible. The experimental results are also given.
