Switchable coordination bonds in 3D cyano-bridged perovskite ferroelastics: Achieving the largest leap of symmetry breaking and enhanced dielectric switching performance

Serial 3D cyano-bridged perovskite ferroelastics are designed by H/F substitution. Notably, the C–F–M coordination bond of them achieves enhancing T c , resulting in the largest leap of symmetry breaking, and enhancing switchable dielectric response.
