摘要
β-Ga2-xWxO3 Nanocomposites In article number 2300014, Chintalapalle V. Ramana and co-workers demonstrate self-assembled vertically-aligned β-Ga2-xWxO3 nanocomposite architecture-assisted self-biased solar-blind UV-photodetection with ultra-fast-response. Precisely controlled growth-parameters enable the formation of W-enriched vertical β-Ga2-xWxO3 nanocolumns embedded into the W-deficient β-Ga2-xWxO3 matrix. The approach is expected to contribute to the designing electronics for extreme environment functionality, particularly the low-cost UV photodetector technology.
