Multi-dimensional templated synthesis of hierarchical Fe2O3/NiO composites and their superior ethanol sensing properties promoted by nanoscale p–n heterojunctions

Hierarchical Fe₂O₃/NiO composites, constructed from multi-dimensional building blocks, show high ethanol sensing performance due to the well-distributed nanoscale p–n heterojunctions.
