The internal resistance of battery is increasing as time goes on,it will lead to unstable supply voltage,and in the end make a electronic system and instrument supplied with battery cannot work normally.The electrochemistry principle of a lead-acid battery in the states of charge and discharge was introduced,and the change mechanism of internal resistance and voltage of primary battery was studied.It has also narrated the changing reason of battery internal resistance in process of battery discharging,analyzed the influence of battery internal resistance on the quiescent point and voltage gain of transistor amplifying circuit,given some effective measures for reducing the influence of battery internal resistance on the transistor amplifying circuit in actual electronic circuit,and put forward the necessity of detecting battery on-line.
