Objective To observe therapeutic effect of treatment of diabetic cataract and senile cataract.Method 80 patients with diabetic cataract and 80 patients with senile cataract were treated with simple surgical treatment and analyzed.Results The postoperative complications in patients with diabetic cataract and visual acuity compared with simple cataract was no significant difference.Conclusion Diabetic patients with cataract surgery is safe and feasible.
