摘要
Due to the advantages of painless, slow release and high efficiency, using microneedles to pierce into the skin for delivering drugs has the focus of the study. Microneedles, as a tool for this kind of drug administration, have various preparation methods. Hollow microneedles have micro-flow channels and can inject drugs into organisms continuously, but their preparation process is complicated. In this paper, based on the existing solid microneedles fabrication process, the metal hollow microneedles are fabricated. The height of the hollow microneedles is about 300μm, the wall thickness is 30-50μm, and can be adjusted according to the need. It can be used for the sustained release of drugs and provides a reference device for the treatment of chronic diseases such as diabetes mellitus.
