Determination of naringin in citrus with HPLC

HPLC method was used to determine the naringin content in different tissues(seed,pericarp and juice) of 9 kinds of citrus,and the difference of the naringin content in the same tissue among 9 kinds of citrus was analyzed by statistical method.The discrepancy in most of the varieties is significance.
