摘要
The patterning of organic single-crystalline micro-/nanostructures is essential in developing functional integrated devices. However, the uncontrolled liquid phase processing leads to the disordered assembly of molecules, which is still challenging when realizing aligned organic single-crystalline arrays with long-range order. Herein, an efficient cylindrical-hole-assisted template-constrained solution-growth method is proposed for preparing large-scale two-dimensional (2D) organic single-crystal microdisk arrays with high crystallinity, adjustable size, and accurate positioning. The nucleation position and growth direction of organic crystals can be controlled by restricting the precursor solution through polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) micropores. Each microdisk can act as an independent microcavity resonator while producing high-performance whispering-gallery-mode (WGM) laser emission. This work guides the regulation of microlasers and shows promising potential in organic optoelectronic integration.
