Objective To observe the travel and the entering point of the superior laryngeal nerves and the recurrent laryngeal nerveso Methods the relationship between the superior laryngeal nerves, the recurrent laryngeal nerves and the thyroid arteries havebeen observed on 50 adult cadaver specknens (100 sides), and also the relationship between superior and inferior horn of thyroid cartilage. Results ①The entering point of the superior laryngeal nerve was found at about 13 mm frontale-lower from the superior comer of thyroid cartilage. ②The entering point of the recurrent laryngeal nerve was found at about 7mm hehand-lower from the inferior comer of thyroid camde and the 3.5cm from the laryngeal prominence. Conclusion In operations, using superior and inferior comer of thyroid cartilage and laryngeal prominence as to expose laryngeal nerves is an easy, safe and practical way.thyroidcamdeandthe3. 5cmfro
